We offer four levels of support; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. During the agreement period, you are assured continued support via either telephone, email, or site visit.
Our initial visits will highlight areas for improvement, resolving potential causes for concern before they become a problem.
Bronze Package
- 8 hour call out for server
- 3 Day call out for clients
- Standard Support: operating system problems, application problems, email problems, internet connectivity and network problems

Silver Package

- Bi-Monthly Half Day Visit
- Initial Health Check, Initial Updating of Service Packs
- Premium Support: operating system problems, application problems, email problems, internet connectivity and network problems, server administration, server failure problems, additional hardware inc network equipment, printers and scanners

Non-Contract Call Out Charges
Typical call out charges as follows:
- Callout 3 day response (including first hour) = £100
- Callout 8 hour/Next Business Day (including first hour) = £150
- Callout 4 hour (including first hour) = £175
- On-Site = £37.50 Per Hour
- Telephone Support = £30 Per Call
- Remote Support = £50 per call
- On-Site (Half Day) = £200
- On-Site (Full Day) = £350
