We offer various levels of support. During the agreement period, you are assured continued support via either telephone, email, remote or site visit. PC Upgrades - whether it be a new graphics card, or replace a motherboard, processor and memory - we will do our best to beat any written quote!

Our support agreements offer your business peace of mind at an affordable price and start from £10 per month.

8 hour call out for server - first hour on-site included
3 Day call out for clients - first hour on-site included
Standard Support: operating system problems, application problems, email problems, internet connectivity and network problems

Silver Service
