We offer various levels of support. During the agreement period, you are assured continued support via either telephone, email, remote or site visit. PC Upgrades - whether it be a new graphics card, or replace a motherboard, processor and memory - we will do our best to beat any written quote!
Our support agreements offer your business peace of mind at an affordable price and start from £10 per month.

Bronze Service
- 8 hour call out for server - first hour on-site included
- 3 Day call out for clients - first hour on-site included
- Standard Support: operating system problems, application problems, email problems, internet connectivity and network problems
- Telephone Support 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday as per terms and conditions
- Remote Support 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday as per terms and conditions
- Email Support 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday as per terms and conditions
Silver Service
- 8 hour call out for server - first hour on-site included
- 8 hour call out for clients - first hour on-site included
- Initial Health Check
- Standard Support: operating system problems, application problems, email problems, internet connectivity and network problems
- Telephone Support 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday as per terms and conditions
- Remote Support 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday as per terms and conditions
- Email Support 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday as per terms and conditions
- Hardware replacement at 5% discount on RRP
Gold Service
- 4 hour call out for servers - first hour on-site included
- 8 hour call out for clients - first hour on-site included
- Bi-Monthly Half Day Visit
- Initial Health Check
- Initial Updating of Service Packs
- Premium Support: operating system problems, application problems, email problems, internet connectivity and network problems, server administration, server failure problems, additional hardware inc network equipment, printers and scanners
- Telephone Support 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday as per terms and conditions
- Remote Support 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday as per terms and conditions
- Email Support 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday as per terms and conditions
