M2006 - Single Line Telephone

M2008

There are eight programmable keys that provide one-touch access to single or multiple lines, along with a broad range of time saving features, including a message waiting indicator. M2216

The M2216 digital telphone is designed for the specialized requirements of agents and supervisors in the call center environment. The M2216ACD telephone can be customized for a variety of call center configurations to enable agents and supervisors to provide callers with a high level of customer service in the most effective and efficient way possible.

The M2216 set includes a standard built-in 2-line x 24 character alphanumeric display that provides vital incoming call information required by agents for customized greetings. It has two headset sockets - one for the agent and, if required, another to allow a supervisor to listen in while training new agents.

There's also the option to connect a PC to run powerful CAI applications supported by Meridian Call Centres. These associate computer records and scripts with incoming calls and display them at the agent's workstation. The agent knows in advance who is calling and has all the information to hand to deal with any business arising from the call.

M2317 - Intelligent Telephone

M2616 - Performance-Plus Telephone

The M2616 is designed for people who require multiple lines and quick access to a broad range of features, as well as the convenience of high quality, built-in handsfree communications. The number of programmable feature keys can be increased to either 38 or 60 by adding 22-button Key Expansion Modules. This yields additional lines or access to powerful meridian 1 features.

The M2616 is also available with the display option. It has all the features of the M2616 basic, in addition if a call centre is programmed to use the Display Queue Key, a user can see the current number of occupied agent positions, the waiting time of the longest call in queue, and the total calls in the Timed Overflow.
