STARTER PACKAGE
BASIC PACKAGE
STANDARD PACKAGE
Please read carefully and ensure that you fully understand our Terms and Conditions before you order your website.
All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling and are payable in UK pounds sterling.
We will design and prepare your site and upload it to the Internet on our temporary server for you to review and approve for a 7-day trial period.
If you wish to keep your site (subject only to minor corrections):
We will raise an invoice for the full amount, which is payable within 8 days of invoice date.
In the event that any of this remains outstanding beyond the 8 day period, we reserve the right to delete the site from the internet until payment has been received in full, together with an administration fee of £50.00. Upon payment of all sums due to us, we will upload the site.
Upon payment in full, we will obtain the domain name (if required, subject to additional charge) and arrange hosting. We will also make any minor corrections required (for major changes see below.)
Once your domain name and hosting are ready we will upload your site to the Internet and test your site.
Once all amounts due to us have been paid, we will provide you with the information necessary to enable you to manage the site yourself.
If you would like the site but you would like to make major changes:
We will agree costs for the changes, which will be payable as shown below.
Before going any further, we will raise an invoice for the full initial amount (excluding charges for major changes).
We will make the major changes upon payment of our initial invoice and upload the results to our temporary server.
Once you have approved all work to date, we will invoice for the changes and upon payment of all amounts due, we will obtain the domain name (if required, and at no extra cost) and arrange hosting.
Once your domain name and hosting are ready we will upload your site to the internet.
Once all amounts due to us have been paid, we will provide you with the information necessary to enable you to manage the site yourself.
ADVANCED PACKAGE

We will design and prepare the first 5 pages of your site and upload it to the internet on our temporary server for you to review and approve for a 7 day trial period.
If you wish to keep your site (subject only to minor corrections):
We will raise an invoice for £220.00.
Upon payment of this deposit, we will:
Finalise the site
Obtain the domain name (if required, and at no extra cost) and arrange hosting (see separate terms and conditions.)
Once the domain name and hosting are ready we will upload your site to the internet and test it. At this point your site will be available for inspection. We will make any necessary minor corrections and upon completion, we will invoice the balance of £279.00 due, which is payable within 8 days of invoice date.

BESPOKE WEBSITE DESIGNS
If none of the packages we offer cover the specific requirements of your business, we offer a bespoke service.
Prices, terms and conditions will be agreed individually, but in all cases you will not be asked to pay us anything until you have had chance to see our work:
First, we will produce for you - from information and graphics etc that you provide - a draft site of 5 pages. This is the draft site for your free trial/approval period of one week.
Of course you can have as many pages as you wish after you have asked us to proceed.
Your draft website will be put on the Internet, hosted temporarily on our private server, to which you shall have access.
After 7 days of browsing your draft site, you must decide whether you would like us to complete it. We shall contact you at the end of the week approval period, and if you would like us to go ahead, we will request the agreed deposit.
If you do not wish to keep your Website after your week approval period, it will be removed from the temporary server and you will owe us nothing.
COPYRIGHT
Copyright in the design of your website belongs to MJS IT Services Ltd until full payment for all work undertaken by MJS IT Services Ltd has been received. You shall not take any action which breaches our copyright. This includes copying, adapting, and using in any way, the words and graphic creations developed by MJS IT Services Ltd. When full payment has been received, copyright reverts to yourselves.
HOSTING YOUR SITE - RESPONSIBILITY FOR INTERNET PERFORMANCE
If you decide to use us to supply your site hosting needs, we will arrange this with a dedicated commercial hosting business which offers proven reliability (we use them ourselves.) However, as it is technically impossible for any company to provide a "fault-free" Internet service, MJS IT Services Ltd cannot make any warranties or guarantees concerning its reliability. We also cannot be held responsible for any under-performance or delay resulting from the failure or under-performance of any telecommunications lines or Internet service providers.
Hosting includes 10 GB Bandwidth Per Month (approximately the equivalent of 600,000 hits), additional bandwidth above the 10 GB Limit is charged at 10p per additional 1 MB of Bandwidth.
DATA PROTECTION
All information provided by you or sourced by us about your company shall be kept strictly confidential and shall not be passed to any third parties for any reason whatsoever.
